I make mine similarly, though without the baking/toasting which is a nice touch I’ll have to try. But I have to have mayonnaise — it mixes with the cranberry sauce in a very nice way, though it might sound disgusting (and I realize there are people who can’t stand mayonnaise — though usually those people aren’t big turkey sandwich eaters). And lettuce for that crisp cool crunch it adds. And I like the regular bread stuffing rather than the cornbread stuffing… all personal preferences of course. Mmmmmmm–Mmm.. love those leftover turkey sandwiches.
